Your court, …/ … E. the union personnel board, which examined the expropriation, price determination and registration case seen in the numbered file, repeated the issues stated by the plaintiff in the lawsuit petition and took it directly to its report.
The report was written without sufficient research and examination and contains accounting errors. Therefore, the report does not reflect the truth. Therefore, it is not possible for it to serve as a basis for a court decision.
For these reasons explained, as the defendant’s attorney, it became necessary to object to the expert report in question and request that a new expert board be examined and receive the report.
Conclusion and Request: For the reasons explained above, we respectfully submit and request to bilvekale that our objection to the expert report be accepted as the defendant’s attorney, and that a new expert committee be examined and a decision be made to obtain the report.
