What Does It Mean to File a Lawsuit in the Civil Courts

In civil courts, the case is opened with a petition that you will submit to the court. There are a number of mandatory elements in this petition that must be present legally. The petition for a lawsuit is registered with the relevant court only after the payment of the fee and expense advance, if the case is subject to the fee, and if it is not subject to the fee, the expense advance is collected, and your case is filed on this date. In civil cases, the plaintiff is called the “plaintiff”. The one who is on the opposite side of the case is called the “defendant”.
