EVENTS : 1- The real and known name of the plaintiff client “….” despite the fact that it is somehow written in the population records as “……”.
2- This issue causes great difficulties and confusion in postal transactions, official correspondence, official document issuance and searches by name, especially in electronic and computer environments, and the client is often victimized.
October 3- As in the accompanying diploma and certificate examples, we had to prove our identity many times due to the fact that the interested parties wrote the client’s name as “Rahmi” without paying attention to the records.
For these mandatory and justified reasons, it has become mandatory to file this name change lawsuit.
