SUBJECT OF THE CASE :. It consists of a request to reorganize the personal relationship with the child.
EVENTS :
1- The plaintiff client and the defendant are divorced. And joint custody of the children has been given to the defendant mother. The decision on this is attached. Oct.
2- Since the plaintiff client is a civil servant in another province, he was able to see the children every year during the summer holidays. However, now that he is assigned to the same city, he wants to see them on weekends and holidays. We believe that this will be better for the development of my young children.
For these reasons, it has become necessary to open this case in order to restore personal contact with children.
