FACTS : 1- The plaintiff client and the defendant were married on …./…./…… And two daughters were born from this marriage. One of whom is … years old and the other is … years old.
2- Recently, as a result of the defendant’s bad behavior, the marriage union has become unbearable for my client. The said negativities have also negatively reflected on my client’s professional life.
3- In order for my client to continue both her professional and marital life. It would be beneficial for the future of the marriage for the parties to stay apart for a while and to recover themselves in this process.
For these reasons, it has become compulsory to file this separation case.
