1. Your court, …/ … E. the union personnel board examining the expropriation, price determination and registration case, which is seen in the numbered file, repeated the issues stated by the plaintiff in the lawsuit petition and took them directly to its report.
2. The report was written without sufficient research and examination and contains accounting errors. As such, the report does not reflect the truth. Therefore, it is not possible to be a basis for a court decision.
3. In line with these reasons explained, the obligation to object to the expert report in question and to request that a new expert board be examined and the report be received has been obtained as the defendant’s attorney.
Conclusion and Request: With the acceptance of our objection to the expert report as the defendant’s attorney with the reasons described above, we respectfully submit and request to bilvekale that a new expert board be examined and decided to receive the report.
