Removal of Restriction Codes
The reasons for applying restriction codes vary. Some restriction codes are applied due to visa violations, while others are applied by the administration based on intelligence information. Some of the applied restriction codes are listed below.
V-69 (Foreign nationals whose residence permits have been revoked)
V-71 (Foreign nationals who cannot be found at their address)
V-70 (Foreign nationals who have entered into a fraudulent marriage)
V-77 (Foreign nationals who are not of Ahiska Turk origin but have applied as Ahiska Turks)
V-84 (Foreign nationals entering the country on condition that they obtain a residence permit within 10 days)
G-78 (Foreign nationals carrying infectious diseases)
G-87 (Foreign nationals posing a threat to public safety)
Ç-113 (Foreign nationals entering and leaving Turkey illegally)
Ç-114 (Foreign nationals subject to legal proceedings)
Ç-115 (Foreign nationals released from prison)
Ç-116 (Foreign nationals endangering public health and morality)
Ç-117 (Illegal employment of foreign nationals)
Ç-118 (Foreign nationals whose residence permits have been revoked)
Ç-119 (Foreign nationals working illegally and failing to pay fines)
Ç-120 (Foreign nationals failing to pay fines resulting from visa or residence permit violations)
Ç-135 (Foreign nationals violating the Foreign Nationals and International Protection Law)

O-100 (Asylum seeker whose whereabouts are unknown and who is prohibited from entering the country)
The most frequently applied restriction codes listed above are. G-87, V-69, Ç-117, Ç-113, Ç-114, and Ç-141.
G–87 (Foreign nationals posing a threat to public safety) The G–87 restriction code may be applied to foreign nationals based on specific intelligence information, and these individuals will be deported. At this stage, a lawsuit must be filed to overturn the deportation decision and remove the restriction code. Under restriction code Ç-141, taking into account the individual’s specific circumstances, the entry into. Turkey of a foreign national who has violated judicial or administrative laws in. Turkey or abroad may be subject to the permission of the Ministry of Interior. This is possible by adding restriction code Ç-141 to the individual’s passport information. As with restriction code G-87, a lawsuit must be filed to cancel restriction code Ç-141.
Restriction code Ç-113 is applied to foreigners who enter Turkey illegally. Depending on the duration of the visa violation, their entry into Turkey is prohibited for a period ranging from 3 months to 5 years, and they are also subject to administrative fines.
