Explanations:
On 01/15/2021, the suspect named … came to my workplace, attacked me with profanity and threats, and began to beat me. The suspect, who raided my shop in a way I couldn’t understand, both beat me and threatened and insulted me, using phrases such as “you’re stupid, stupid, I’ll kill you, I won’t let you live in this city.” Despite repeatedly telling him to leave my shop, he did not leave and continued these criminal acts.
The suspect was removed from my shop with the intervention of nearby shopkeepers. In this context, I request that the other shopkeepers on the street where my shop is located be heard as witnesses and that the camera footage be examined. I am submitting the assault report I received from Silivri State Hospital following the suspect’s attack on me.
In light of all these statements, it has become necessary for me to request an investigation and the initiation of public prosecution against the suspect named ….., who came to my workplace, attacked me, and threatened and insulted me, on charges of intentional assault, insult, threat, and violation of workplace inviolability.
