SUBJECT OF THE CASE : Determining which of more than one person died first.
EVENTS : 1- plaintiff learned that client had a traffic accident while abroad. And that his wife and his wife’s parents had died in this accident.
2- Later, when he applied to the relevant authorities to take legal action by obtaining a certificate of inheritance, he was asked whether there was any property left over from his wife for inheritance and transfer tax, and it was important who died before the parties.
3- It has become necessary to file this lawsuit on behalf of the client in order to determine which of the parents of the wife and husband who died in the same traffic accident died first.

EVIDENCE : Population registration, witness statement, traffic accident report, hospital records and all legal evidence.
