In criminal courts, the case is opened by issuing an indictment by the Public prosecutor’s offices. In cases filed by indictment in criminal courts, the public prosecutor who opened the case collects evidence that a person has committed a crime at the end of the claim. The criminal courts make judgments on whether this person committed this crime or not.
In criminal courts, any person cannot file a lawsuit on his own. If the person is the victim of a crime subject to a complaint and is a complainant, in this case, he/she shall contact the relevant Public prosecutor’s office and ensure that a criminal investigation is carried out. If the person subject to the complaint of non-complaining about it if it is a victim of a crime by the public prosecutor initiated a criminal investigation so that it can be relevant by referring to crimes that are not subject to any person to press charges in the complaint, law enforcement must be informed of the incident the subject of a crime may commence a criminal investigation or ex officio by the public prosecutors.
